These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using JanTora! Mahjong Score Manager (the "App"). By using the App, users agree to these Terms.
This App is a tool for recording and analyzing mahjong match results.
Gambling is prohibited under Japanese law. This App does not promote, encourage, or facilitate gambling activities.
These Terms apply to all relationships between the provider and users regarding the use of the App.
The provider may establish additional rules within the App, which shall form part of these Terms.
Users must agree to these Terms in order to use the App.
If a minor uses the App, it is deemed that consent has been obtained from a legal guardian.
The App is a tool for recording and managing mahjong match results.
The provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or continuity of the App.
All data entered into the App, including match results and records ("User Data"), shall be managed at the user's own responsibility.
The provider does not guarantee the storage, retention, or backup of User Data.
The provider shall not be liable for any loss, corruption, or inaccessibility of User Data caused by device failure, OS updates, bugs, communication issues, user error, service changes, or termination, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
The App does not currently use advertising services (such as Google AdMob) or analytics services.
If such services are introduced in the future, these Terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
The App may offer paid features through in-app purchases.
Payments are processed through Apple's App Store payment system.
Refunds will not be provided except as required by applicable law.
Users must not engage in the following acts:
All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the provider or legitimate rights holders.
The provider may modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the App without prior notice.
The App is provided "as is".
To the extent permitted by law, the provider shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
Users use the App at their own risk.
The provider may modify these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms become effective when posted within the App.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the provider’s location.
Since this App is distributed via the Apple App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) may apply.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, the Apple EULA shall prevail.
